The interface uses semantic headings, labelled controls, visible focus states, keyboard-operable dialogs, a skip link, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion styles. Dedicated text pages work without JavaScript. Interactive maps, accounts, and chat require JavaScript.
An alternative to map gestures
The location dialog includes latitude, longitude, and area fields as well as an optional device-location button. You can browse reports as a list of cards. Help pages explain location search and reporting in plain language.
Known limits and feedback
We have not completed an independent accessibility audit or claimed WCAG certification. Maps and third-party checkout can present barriers. Contact support with the page URL, browser, assistive technology if relevant, and the task you could not complete. Do not include passwords or sensitive identity documents.
