Reunite does not charge for lost or found reports, ordinary browsing, or ordinary in-app chat. We receive no commission on item handovers. Financial support is separate from those services. The operator may also enable advertising to support operations; advertisements do not purchase listing priority or change moderation decisions.
What a contribution supports
Voluntary contributions help pay for hosting, email delivery, maps, moderation, maintenance, and other operating expenses. Contributions are not payments to an item finder and do not buy priority, guaranteed recovery, verification, insurance, or preferential moderation.
Payment processing
Stripe handles checkout. Available currency and amount are shown before payment. This version accepts one-time contributions only; it does not start a recurring subscription. Payment is recorded only after verified server confirmation, and processing fees may apply to the operator.
No charitable tax receipt
Unless the operator expressly establishes and discloses registered charitable status, support for this website is an operating contribution, not a tax-deductible charitable donation. Reunite does not issue charitable tax receipts.
Mistakes and refunds
For an accidental, duplicate, or unauthorised contribution, contact support promptly with the receipt reference and approximate date. Do not send full card details. The operator will investigate and handle refunds through the payment provider, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules. Statutory payment and consumer rights remain unaffected.
