Before a report goes public
New and edited reports stay private until screening completes. When enabled, AI checks public text and photos for sexual nudity, adult advertising, hate, scams, exposed personal details, irrelevant images and signs of fabricated or joke submissions. Automated systems can miss content and can make mistakes. They never establish identity, truth or ownership.
When a moderator needs to look
New members, repeated descriptions, reused images, suspect language, sensitive categories and uncertain checks require human review. Similarity is not proof of fraud. If AI is unavailable or its budget is exhausted, the report remains pending. A plausible listing is not proof of ownership.
Repeated safety flags
Three different reports with critical safety flags within 24 hours can pause posting, editing and uploads for 24 hours. A moderator may lift a pause, reject content or suspend confirmed abuse. Automatic flags do not permanently ban an account. Account age and email access are not identity verification.
Report unsafe content
Use Report on a listing or conversation. Choose adult content, scam, harassment, privacy or another relevant reason. Explain what concerns you without uploading more sensitive material. Reporting does not automatically prove a violation. Moderators may inspect reported conversations; that access is recorded.
Ask for a human review
Open My reports and choose Request review / appeal status on a pending or rejected report. Explain the relevant facts without private ownership clues, passwords or ID numbers. One appeal is accepted per report version, up to three per day. Posting-restricted members can still appeal. Decisions appear with the appeal; response times vary. Contact support if you cannot access the appeal flow.
